Weightlifting Basics On-Ramp

We have 6, 9, and 12 session options that are designed to teach, or reteach you how to properly snatch and clean & jerk.  The goal of this program is to provide you with the fundamentals of the lifts to make a seamless transition into either our Weightlifting Training, Personalized Weightlifting Technique, or Comprehensive Private Training Memberships, or to take what you’ve learned with us and apply it back at your home gym.  During each session, you will work 1-on-1 with one of our experienced coaches to provide you with an optimal training experience.

Having worked with hundreds of athletes, we have a very systematic and proven approach as to how we successfully teach the snatch and clean & jerk.  Additionally, we layer in basic barbell movements (i.e. squats, presses, pulls) to provide a very effective training and strength stimulus.

Training days and times are flexible based on your schedule (see schedule below).  1-on-1 sessions outside of regular training times are also available based on Coach availability.

Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:30pm
