The next step is to begin our Strength Training Basics On-Ramp Program!

We have 1, 2, and 3 session options that are designed to teach, or reteach you how to properly squat, press, and pull!  The goal of this program is to provide you with the fundamentals of the basic barbell movements to make a seamless transition into either our Strength Training Membership, or to take what you’ve learned with us and apply it back at your home gym.  During each session, you will work 1-on-1 with one of our experienced coaches to provide you with an optimal training experience.

Having worked with hundreds of athletes, we have a very systematic and proven approach as to how we successfully teach these primal movements.

Training days and times are flexible based on your schedule (see schedule below).  1-on-1 sessions outside of regular training times are also available based on Coach availability.

Once completing our Strength Training Basics On-Ramp Program, you have earned the right to jump into our Strength Training Membership!

We take a long-term approach to our training and development in order to maximize performance and results.  If commitment scares you, DELTA Weightlifting is not the gym for you.  If you are motivated and committed to improving your performance, we will welcome you with open arms!  With this membership, you’re going to squat, step, lunge, press, and pull!  Simply put, the goal of this training is to improve your lean muscle mass and get your strong as hell!

Our program is customized based on your frequency of training each week, and recommend you train with us at a minimum of twice/week.


Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:30pm
