PERSONALIZED WEIGHTLIFTING TECHNIQUE MEMBERSHIPS

If you already have a basic understanding of how to snatch and clean & jerk, but need a brush up on technique from time to time, need a pre-competition tune-up, or need a set of quality coaching eyes on you to provide feedback and direction, we provide monthly technique memberships to get you dialed in right.
We have both a 1x/week and a 2x/month recurring membership designed to focus and improve your technique in the snatch and clean & jerk and to compliment what you already may be doing on your own. Each session, you will work 1-on-1 with one of our experienced coaches focusing on refining YOUR personal limiting factors and lasts between an hour to an hour and a half.
Technique club is not intended for those who have never snatched or clean & jerked before and are looking to learn, but rather it is intended for those who are looking to improve upon their existing knowledge and experience. These sessions can be schedule any day or time during regular gym hours (see below), or privately outside of normal gym hours depending on coach availability. There is no membership commitment length, but a 30 day notice to cancel is required.

Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:
Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm
