PERFORMANCE NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is the foundation of performance and health.  If you want to optimize your performance and health, you must first optimize your nutrition!  Making sure your nutrition is on point can be a hassle and difficult to maintain discipline on a consistent basis.  That’s where we come in!  Just as you need a coach for weightlifting, the same goes for nutrition.  Let us help make this bedrock of performance easier for you!

Here are our Performance Nutrition Coaching options:

Power Hour Consultation

  • Assessment:
    • CHECK IN: Weight, height, body fat %, measurements, photos (optional).
    • Current diet, things you’ve tried (what has worked, and what hasn’t).
    • Evaluate struggles, bright spots, goals, and establish baseline of current activity level and knowledge of nutrition.
  • Discuss and provide Performance Nutrition Educational Package that includes foundational information, sample week of meal plans, etc.

Ignite The Change Package:

  • Assessment (See above).
  • Discuss and provide Performance Nutrition Educational Package.
  • Provide custom diet plan (macros, food/meal ideas).
  • In-person weekly check-ins.
  • Available daily contact between client and coach. (Text messages between 8am-8pm, 1 call a week.)

The Full Monty Package:

  • Assessment (See above).
  • Discuss and provide Performance Nutrition Educational Package.
  • Design custom nutrition template.
  • In-person weekly check-ins.
  • Available for daily contact between client and coach. (Text messages between 8am-8pm, 1 call a week.)
  • PROVIDE FULL CUSTOM MEAL PLAN: Exactly what to eat and when.
  • Provide supplement plan: When to take what exactly.
  • Extra workout/conditioning ideas and plans depending on goals.
  • Stress and sleep regulation assistance.
