Want to be a part of our community but can’t seem to get into train with us in person? We have a couple of options for you if you aren’t able to be with us in the gym.  Check them out below if you’re interested in training with us remotely.

CUSTOM REMOTE ATHLETE

We work with you personally to provide customized programming and personalized technique feedback tailored to your abilities, skills, goals, and training availability.  It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner with limited experience, or if you compete at the national level.  For more information, email info@www.deltaweightlifting.com.

PEAK PLATFORM PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Are you platform ready but need a proven and systematic plan to maximize your results?  The Peak Platform Performance Program is for you! The training is geared to get prepare you in the best way possible for regional and national meets.  Be a part of something special and join the same program that has yielded great results for our in house competition team!

As a member of the Peak Platform Performance Program, you will have access to our training via the TrainHeroic platform for an interactive training experience.

Session Duration: 90-120 minutes

Training Goal: Maximize performance on the competition platform!

Required Equipment:

  • Barbell, Squat Rack, Bumper Plates, Dumb Bells, Kettlebells, Flat Bench

Recommended Equipment:

  • GHD, Sled, Hip Belt & Belt Squat Set Up

GARAGE GYM WARRIOR PROGRAM

Are you a garage gym warrior who loves the feeling of training hard, getting stronger, and hitting PR’s, but just needs more structure to their training?  Then the Garage Gym Warrior Program is for YOU!  We take a systematic approach to our training to progress you towards continued and sustained results.

As a member of the Garage Gym Warrior Program, you will have access to our training via the TrainHeroic platform for an interactive training experience.

Session Duration: 75-90 minutes

Training Goal: Increase strength & power while developing better movement and athleticism!

Required Equipment:

  • Barbell, Squat Rack, Bumper Plates, Dumb Bells, Kettlebells, Flat Bench

Recommended Equipment:

  • GHD, Sled, Hip Belt & Belt Squat Set Up

MEAT FACTORY

The goal for Meat Factory is simple: put MEAT on your bones!  This team is about building lean muscle mass and getting strong as hell.

We are ultimately about performance at DELTA Weightlifting, so the muscle you’ll gain through Meat Factory is not just about show….it’s about GO!

You can always tell the difference between those that train and build muscle for aesthetic reasons, and those that train and build muscle for STRENGTH and PERFORMANCE.  We prefer the latter, and that’s what we’re going to give you!

Each training block will last 4-8 weeks and will have it’s own unique twist, driving very specific adaptations in the body.

Session Duration: 80-100 minutes

Training Goal: Increase lean muscle mass and general strength!

Required Equipment:

  • Barbell, Squat Rack, Plates (Bumper Prefered, but Steel Will Work), Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Flat Bench

Recommended Equipment:

  • Trap Bar, Safety Squat Bar, Sled, Assault Bike, Hip Belt/Belt Squat Set Up, Sandbags, Slam Balls
