Comprehensive Private Training Memberships



If you’re looking for private 1-on-1 training with an experienced coach, we have Comprehensive Private Training Memberships to keep you more accountable in accomplishing your fitness and performance goals.  In addition to a customized training program designed exclusively for YOU and YOUR goals, Performance Nutrition Coaching is also included in your Comprehensive Private Training Membership!

Payments are structured as recurring monthly payments for added accountability.  There is no commitment contract, but we ask for 2 weeks written notice to cancel.

Training times are scheduled with your individual Coach outside of normal training hours, which are:

Monday-Thursday: 6:00am – 9:00am, 12:00-3:00pm

Friday: 6:00am – 9:00am, 12:00-7:00pm

Saturday: 12:00pm-5:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am-3:00pm
