We only work with those individuals who are COMMITTED to hard work and long-term self improvement, both inside and outside of the gym, regardless of skill and experience level.  Mentality over talent!

If you’re looking for the “cheaper” or more convenient gym that is located closer to you, or even the “quick fix”, DELTA Weightlifting is NOT the gym for you.  If you are “interested” but not sure, and want to “try it out”, DELTA Weightlifting is NOT the gym for you.  We compete for excellence daily and are only interested in individuals who are COMMITTED.

Whether you’re looking to learn, get stronger and more powerful for your sport, train for life, prepare for a competitive exercising competition, or just want to improve your quality of life, we provide training programs and world class coaching for all of our athletes in a group setting.  We do not offer “open gym” training. When you train with us, expect to be coached during each training session!

Weightlifting Training

Weightlifting Basics On-Ramp

We have 6, 9, and 12 session options that are designed to teach, or reteach you how to properly snatch and clean & jerk.  The goal of this program is to provide you with the fundamentals of the lifts to make a seamless transition into either our Weightlifting Training, Personalized Weightlifting Technique, or Comprehensive Private Training Memberships, or to take what you’ve learned with us and apply it back at your home gym.  During each session, you will work 1-on-1 with one of our experienced coaches to provide you with an optimal training experience.

Once completing our Weightlifting Basics On-Ramp Program, you have earned the right to jump into our Weightlifting Training Membership!

We take a long-term approach to our training and development in order to maximize performance and results.  If commitment scares you, DELTA Weightlifting is not the gym for you.  If you are motivated and committed to improving your performance, we will welcome you with open arms!

Personalized Weightlifting Technique Memberships

If you already have a basic understanding of how to snatch and clean & jerk, but need a brush up on technique from time to time, need a pre-competition tune-up, or need a set of quality coaching eyes on you to provide feedback, we provide monthly technique memberships options where you have the opportunity to work 1-on-1 with our expert coaches to get dialed in.

Basic Barbell Training

Strength Training Basics On-Ramp

Comprehensive Private Training Memberships

If you’re looking for private 1-on-1 training with an experienced coach, we have Comprehensive Private Training Memberships to keep you more accountable in accomplishing your goals.  Training times are scheduled with your individual Coach outside of normal training hours.

PERFORMANCE NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is the foundation of performance and health.  If you want to maximize your performance and health, you must optimize your nutrition!  Making sure your nutrition is on point can be a hassle and difficult to maintain discipline.  That’s where we come in!  Just as you need a coach for weightlifting, having a coach for performance nutrition is just as valuable.

We have options ranging from a 1 hour consultation designed to educate and empower you to action, to more comprehensive packages that include weekly in-person check-ins, mapped out meal plans based on your goals, and re-occurring assessments for accountability and progress.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS

Can’t seem to get into train with us? We provide remote coaching and training programs for individuals who aren’t able to be with us in the gym.  You can sign up for a custom program based on your training and competition schedule, or follow the proven training programs that our members or competition team uses.

COMPETITION TEAM

Do you have the desire to be great? Weightlifting and barbell training is HARD, but it can be one of the most rewarding journeys you ever start. We only work with those individuals who are COMMITTED to hard work and long-term self improvement, both inside and outside of the gym, regardless of skill and experience level.  Mentality over talent!

This opportunity is reserved for those committed and dedicated athletes who are looking to compete in the sport of weightlifting as their primary sport with the intention of competing for national and international medals.  Nothing in this gym is given.  Everything is earned.  If you have a desire to compete with us, you must EARN the right to compete to with us.

The team, which is comprised of male and female athletes ages 11 and up train anywhere from 3 to 6 days depending on age and ability. Only once the athlete has shown efficient technique will they be able to compete locally. As technique and strength improves, the athlete will have opportunities to qualify for national and eventually international competitions.

The standard is high, both on and off of the platform.  While the goal for our athletes is to compete for excellence on the platform, we strive also to prepare our athletes to be high performers and compete for excellence OUTSIDE of the gym as well.  No dickheads allowed!

SCHEDULE

Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:30pm
