IMPORTANT: Weightlifting and barbell training is HARD, but it can be one of the most rewarding journeys you ever start. We only work with those individuals who are COMMITTED to hard work and long-term self improvement, both inside and outside of the gym, regardless of skill and experience level.  Mentality over talent!

If you’re looking for the “cheaper” or more convenient gym that is located closer to you, or even the “quick fix”, DELTA Weightlifting is NOT the gym for you.  If you are “interested” but not sure, and want to “try it out”, DELTA Weightlifting is NOT the gym for you.  We compete for excellence daily and are only interested in individuals who are COMMITTED.

Whether you’re looking to learn, get stronger and more powerful for your sport, train for life, prepare for a competitive exercising competition, or just want to improve your quality of life, we provide customized training programs and high level coaching for all of our athletes in a group setting.  We do not offer “open gym” training. When you train with us, expect to be coached during each training session!

Our weightlifting training memberships require a 4 month commitment, then auto-renews every month.  We take a long-term approach to our training and development in order to maximize performance and results.  If commitment scares you, DELTA Weightlifting is not the gym for you.  If you are motivated and committed to improving your performance, we will welcome you with open arms!

Basics Training Camp

If you are a CrossFit athlete training at another gym, but are looking to learn or relearn how to properly snatch and clean & jerk , we offer a 6-week (2x per week) training camp designed to properly teach you the fundamentals of the lifts.  For more information, click here or email info@deltaweightlifting.com.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS

Can’t seem to get into train with us? We provide remote coaching and training programs for individuals who aren’t able to be with us in the gym.  You can sign up for a custom program based on your training and competition schedule, or follow the proven training programs that our members or competition team uses.

COMPETITION TEAM

Do you have the desire to be great? This opportunity is reserved for those committed and dedicated athletes who are looking to compete in the sport of weightlifting as their primary sport with the intention of competing for national and international medals.

The team, which is comprised of male and female athletes ages 11 and up train anywhere from 3 to 6 days depending on age and ability. Only once the athlete has shown efficient technique will they be able to compete locally. As technique and strength improves, the athlete will have opportunities to qualify for national and eventually international competitions.

The standard is high, both on and off of the platform.  While the goal for our athletes is to compete for excellence on the platform, we strive also to prepare our athletes to be high performers and compete for excellence OUTSIDE of the gym as well.  No dickheads allowed!

SCHEDULE

Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:30pm
