Basics Training Camp

If you are a CrossFit athlete training at another gym, but are looking to learn or relearn how to properly snatch and clean & jerk , we offer a 6-week (2x per week) training camp designed to properly teach you the fundamentals of the lifts.

We have a very systematic and proven approach as to how we successfully teach the snatch and clean & jerk.  Additionally, we layer in basic barbell movements (i.e. squats, presses, pulls) to provide a very effective training and strength stimulus.

SCHEDULE

Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:30pm
