Basics Training Camp

If you’re looking to learn, relearn, or get a refresher on the lifts, the Basics Training Camp is for you!

This is a 2x/week course that last 6 weeks that is designed to provide you with the basics of the snatch, clean & jerk, and basic barbell movements.

SCHEDULE

Members sign up for a set frequency and start time. While training blocks start every hour, member’s training is largely not confined to an hour in length. Here’s our training schedule:

Monday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am-12:30pm
